Preparing your stay with LOC
Submit your chosen property, dates and contact details on the website. LOC checks availability and the final price, then contacts you to arrange payment. A deposit of 25 % is planned.
An enquiry registered on the website does not yet confirm the stay. Balance payment, security deposit and cancellation terms must be provided and agreed before the final booking.
Concierge prices for owners exclude IGIC, with 7% added. Guest stay prices are specified for each property and confirmed with LOC, with cleaning and linen fees shown separately.
