1. Description

Acceptance of WANHYUTRIP's privacy policy (henceforth "Privacy Policy"), is a condition required for the use of the Service.

This Privacy Policy governs the compilation, processing, and use of personal and non-personal information of users of the Service, effective as of the effective date set forth in the header.

WANHYUTRIP will always request the User's consent before using their data for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Policy.

      2. Information Collected

The Service can be used by users in different ways, from finding information to booking a reservation. The information collected on each case is as follows:

a) Unreserved user

In this case, the Service compiles (henceforth “Non-Personal Information”):

I) If the User arrived at the Service from a link in another website.

II) Cookies stored in the User's device, with the prior consent of the User. See our cookie policy for more information

III) Specific data on the User's device (IP of the connection, hardware model, version of the operating system, errors produced by the use of the Service, web browser, language, time and date of the request, URL reference or mobile network used, among others).

IV) Data on the User's location through different technologies such as GPS signals sent from a mobile device, information on Wifi access points used, mobile phone antennas that are closer to User or web browser request. In any case, data is always collected according to the privacy settings of your device.

b) User with reservation

WANHYUTRIP requires that certain specific data for the Service be used by the User, having to provide at least the personal data marked in red and with a # (henceforth "Personal Information").

If a User wishes to book an activity through the Service, must provide: the area where the User is staying, the address and name of the hotel (if applicable), the full name, the country, the telephone number telephone, e-mail and any other personal data shared via the "Comments" field.

In addition, if the User books a reservation for another person through WANHYUTRIP, the User agrees to obtain the consent of each person concerned before providing the Service with their personal information and preferences.

      3. Rights and purposes

According to what has been established by rgpd, you are informed that compliance with the forms is voluntary. In any case, failure to comply with the required fields will limit the use of the Service.

Personal data provided by users will be collected and processed in files controlled by WANHYUTRIP. In this way, requests can be processed, the service provided and users informed electronically of the activity of the company and its services.

At any time, the User may exercise their rights of access, limitation, rectification, cancellation and opposition, or revocation of their personal data by e-mail to wanhyudtrip@gmail.com. WANHYUTRIP will use the User's email address for the following purposes, to which the User expressly consents:

I) To send newsletters, from which the User can unsubscribe at any time.

II) To send alerts and notices about the Service (for example, a time closure for maintenance).

Users agree, with their express consent, to receive such emails using the Service. In any case, they will be able to unsubscribe from: a) the link included in each communication sent or; b) by sending an email to wanhyudtrip@gmail.com

However, the User will not be able to unsubscribe from certain specific communications, such as messages related to data security or updates to the terms and conditions of the Service.

Likewise, WANHYUTRIP may use users' personal information in the form of aggregated and anonymous data to show it to third parties. WANHYUTRIP may also share statistics and demographic information about users and their use of the Service with third parties. II) Suppliers who perform a service on our own behalf, including credit card processing, business analysis, customer service or marketing. Service providers may collect and have access to the information necessary to perform the tasks. Nevertheless, the service providers cannot share or obtain the information for different purposes.

b) Collaborate with the competent authorities:

i) If we believe it is a reasonable necessity to comply with any law or legal process in any part of the world. Especially when we believe that by doing so we can reduce our liability or better defend our legal rights. In any case, we will only provide the required information.

II) If we believe that such action is appropriate to comply with our terms and conditions, including the investigation of a possible violation of them.

III) If we needed it to detect, prevent or otherwise deal with or prosecute scams, security or technical aspects related to WANHYUTRIP.

IV) If the action is appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of WANHYUTRIP, its employees or its users.
