The living room is equipped with a 48'' LG Oled cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls.

2 parking spaces located in front of the house are at your disposal as well as a parking lot located 50 meters away.

You can find the small village of Majanicho at the exit of the urbanization, then beaches ideal for lazing around or for water sports such as surfing or kitesurfing. There is also the popcorn beach.
Located 10 minutes from Lajares for a small quiet restaurant or 20 minutes from Corralejo, ideal for shopping or festive evenings.
