2. Acceptance
This site is available to all users (henceforth, User) and subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (from now on TUS). When the User makes a reservation or uses the site in any other way, the User accepts these T&Cs.
With regard to all reservations, it is considered that the User who makes the reservation has accepted these T&Cs on behalf of the signatories.

3. Age
The User declares to be an adult with the legal capacity required to use this site in accordance with its TUS and to be bound by this agreement, which is accepted in its entirety.
The user declares that all the information provided to access this site before and during use is true, complete and accurate.

4. Uses and external links
This site is exclusively intended for the personal use of the User.
Modification, reproduction, duplication, copying, distribution, sale, resale and other forms of exploitation for commercial purposes of this site are prohibited.
Furthermore, the User agrees not to use this site for illegal or prohibited purposes. In particular, the User accepts that the products or services acquired via the site are intended for his own consumption or for the use of persons legally represented by the User.

Through this site, Wanhyudtrip offers the user through LOC La Oliva Conciergerie a concierge service
This site provides assistance to users so that they can gather information about services, order services and post opinions on these Products.
The orders made by the user described on the website are subject to the conditions of each product page, which describes what it includes and what the service consists of.

6. Prohibited Activities
The content and information of this site (among other things, data, text, sound, images or code), as well as the infrastructure used to provide the content and information, are the property of Wanhyudtrip.
The User agrees not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, show, represent, reproduce, publish, transfer, sell or resell in any other way any type of information, content, software or Products acquired through This site. Further, User shall not grant any license or create any derivative works from the information, content, software and Products.
For any other use of the content of the site, the prior written consent of Wanhyudtrip will be required.
In addition, the User undertakes not to do any of the following acts:
I) to use the site or its contents for commercial or illegitimate purposes;
II) access, monitor or copy the content and information of this site through the use of robots, scrapers, crawlers or any other automated means that access, track, index, use or retrieve in any way the site or its contents for any purpose whatsoever without the express written consent of Wanhyudtrip;
III) insert, mirror or otherwise incorporate any part of this site into another without the prior written permission of Wanhyudtrip
IV) modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software that Wanhyudtrip uses in connection with this site;
(v) use the site to threaten, harass, cheat, encourage or annoy other people, to defend the harassment of someone, or to otherwise interfere with a user's use of the site;
(VI) use the Site to send or transmit spam, surveys, pyramid schemes, chain letters or any other bulk email, commercial or otherwise;
VII) to use the site in a way that could generate a conflict of interest; for example exchanging opinions with owners of different businesses or by writing and/or asking for opinions.
VIII) use the site to infringe the rights of third parties, such as breach of trust, copyright, patent, trademark, brand name or violation of trade secrets, as well as moral rights, life privacy or any other intellectual or industrial right;
IX) to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, computer systems or networks connected to the Site through cracking and hacking techniques, password mining or otherwise. Similarly, to attempt to transmit computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious software;
X) use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working and security measures of the Site.

7. Content
The User can contribute to the site in different ways, such as: by sending an e-mail, by writing opinions or by sending suggestions (from now on, content).
We may use your Content in various ways, such as: showing it on the site, editing it for clarity, translating it into other languages, correcting grammatical errors, creating derivative works, promoting it or for its distribution .
Therefore, when you send your Content to us, you give Wanhyudtrip a license to use it on a non-exclusive, worldwide and free basis until the Content is deleted with the possibility of transferring and sub-licensing it.
This means that the Content is yours and always will be, but Wanhyudtrip, through this license, may: a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute and publish the Content, as well as create derivative works and show it and display it worldwide, through any known media channel and for any purpose; and (b) may use the sender's name associated with such Content.
The User confirms and accepts that the Content is not confidential.
If Wanhyudtrip provides opinion areas or forums, they will be subject to these TUS. In addition, the User will be solely responsible for its use at his own risk. Wanhyudtrip will not edit or control messages posted or distributed on the site. Likewise, Wanhyudtrip shall not bear any responsibility or liability for such messages.
However, Wanhyudtrip reserves the right to delete user's posts, opinions and content. In these areas of opinion or forums, the User may not post any content that is false, illegal, misleading, offensive, libelous, pornographic, indecent or intimidating to the rights of users of the site.
The User agrees to be the owner of the Content and to have all the authorizations required to use and allow the use of the Shared Content, as described.
When accessing or using the site, the User may be exposed to content that is offensive, inaccurate or inappropriate for any reason whatsoever. Wanhyudtrip does not endorse this content and cannot endorse its accuracy. Therefore, the User accesses and uses the site at his own risk.

8. Products and reservations
The User agrees that when placing an order through the site accepts the TUS, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and any other applicable documents indicated.
If the User places an order through the Site, the User agrees to read the terms and policies related to the Product, being obligated to its execution.

9. Modification of a contract

In all cases, the modification of a contract is subject to the general condition of sale when signing the said availability contract and must be carried out according to the defined rules.

10. Prices, inclusions and exclusions
The prices indicated on the site are per service unless otherwise indicated.
The final prices displayed on the screen include the Iva of 7%
However, prices do not include tips for directors, concierges, service providers, bank charges, personal insurance.

11. Payments and Cancellations
Wanhyudtrip accepts payment by wire transfer, paypal, the following credit cards as payment methods: Mastercard and Visa (in the case of Visa, credit and debit cards).
To perform a LOC contract requires payment for the service, the account balance must be paid in full at the time of the order. The payment will appear on the bank statement as "LOC CONCIERGERIE".
When the customer cancels a reservation, an email will be sent indicating the amount of any cancellation fees.

Payment will be processed by Banco Sabadell.
The value of the transaction could be subject to taxes, fees, commissions or currency changes. Your bank may convert the payment to local currency and charge a fee for this. This may result in a difference between the price displayed by LOC and the final amount shown on your bank statement.
Contact your bank if you have any doubts about any fees, charges or commissions that may apply.

12. Responsibilities
The information and products displayed on the site may contain errors or inaccuracies, including those relating to availability and prices.
Although LOC does its best to provide accurate information about the SERVICES it directly offers, LOC cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of the information and descriptions of the SERVICES presented (for example, prices, availability, photographs, features, inclusions, exclusions and general descriptions of services).
In the case of the SERVICES offered by third-party providers through the site, although LOC endeavors to avoid any errors or inaccuracies in the information and descriptions of the services provided by third parties, Wanhyudtrip assumes no responsibility with regard to them.
LOC reserves the right to correct any availability or price inaccuracies on the site and/or pending reservations with an incorrect price.
Nothing in these TUS excludes or limits LOC's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud; (c) fraudulent declaration; (d) gross negligence or willful dissatisfaction; as well as e) any other liability which cannot be excluded in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Third parties who provide Products through the site are independent contractors and are not employed by Wanhyudtrip. In this sense, Wanhyudtrip is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, warranties, non-performance, negligence, misrepresentations or improper behavior of these suppliers. Wanhyudtrip is not liable for any death, personal injury, property damage or any other damage or expense arising from the User's booking or use of the Product.
Wanhyudtrip will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, overbooking or strike resulting from force majeure and beyond its direct control.

13. Complaints and actions arising from the contract
This contract is governed by Spanish law.
In order to simplify any claim through civil proceedings and to reduce costs for the User, LOC does not exclude the possibility of being the subject of equity arbitration with the Chamber of Commerce and of Industry.
In this sense, and in accordance with European Regulation No. 524/2013, LOC informs the User of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform. This platform simplifies the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to online contracts between consumers and Internet service providers. The platform is accessible via: http://ec.europa.eu/odr

14. Modifications and nullity
Wanhyudtrip may update these Terms of Use and Sale.
Wanhyudtrip will provide notice of such changes through a disclaimer placed on the site.
If a clause included in these T&Cs could be declared, totally or partially, invalid or ineffective, this nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect this clause or the part established as invalid. On everything else, these TUS will persist.
